On 23 November 2018 in Kota Kinabalu, The College of Law and Sabah Law Society signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The purpose of this MOU is to facilitate collaboration in developing and delivering legal education and training programmes to meet the needs of the legal profession in Sabah, including wholly online CPD programmes for the convenience of members.
A room of approximately 50 attendees heard about The College’s complimentary Continuing Professional Development (CPD) online programme for Sabah Law Society members, and were also treated to a seminar presented by Mr Raphael Tay about cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
You can find out more or register for the complimentary CPD programme for Sabah Law Society members here.
The College of Law also offers LLM programmes suitable for lawyers in Sabah - the Master of Laws (Applied Law) in ASEAN+6 Legal Practice and the Master of Laws (Applied Law) in Malaysian Legal Practice.
